Maitland Inlet Marina

Today I had the worst experience at this Marina. An employee, don’t know her title, hung up the phone in my face when I asked for my 50% refund on my deposit. I strongly don’t recommend using their services. Very unprofessional with lack of customer service. I had called to check if I would get any refund on my deposit and was assured that a 50 % will be refunded to me via cheque. This was told to me on a phone conversation by another staff. Based on this information, I decided to cancel my slip reservation and paid for another slip somewhere else as one became available. I received an email from regretting to inform me that I will not be getting any refund. This is ridiculous.
