As a concern that this is an (unmanned dock) I called ahead to inquire “how do they know if there is an unbooked boat there?” They only have 10 slips. Was told that they know at all times 24/7 who is there, who belongs and who doesn’t. Oookkkk well upon arriving someone who was not booked had our dock. Upon calling it was obvious they are not aware until someone calls them. In meantime we had to wait. Then later we tied to our space to find electric pedestal had orange cones & yellow tape around it. Maybe that area of the dock was not exactly safe to walk on, don’t know, however power kept tripping until we cut our usage in half. Great people/fellow boaters made it all better, such nice people. Walk up the hill & see the many beautiful paintings on the walls, representing history of the area so pretty. A Dollar General which carries most of your needs including ice, beer, water, propane, food, soups, chips etc. is 8 blocks away. Good prices. If weather is nice it’s really not a bad walk.
