It is a private harbor. We own our slips with full title. Being private allows us to make decisions via our board of directors (of which I am one) . I very much love this Harbor.

Our favorite marina in the San Francisco Bay. Easy access to great sailing, brand new docks (as of 2022) and brand new facilities (as of 2023). Diane the harbor master is wonderful and the community is great. A hidden gem.
