Stayed there for 2 nights last week and were very pleased with the facility and the staff. Grace and the dock hand were extremely helpful. We used the golf cart to explore the island and had a great lunch at “The Wharf”. The pool was fantastic as the trees shaded the pool.
The negatives were as follows: (1)diesel pump handle needs to be replaced as it doesn’t work correctly, (2) due to schedule had to leave at low tide and channel back to main shipping channel is very shallow, (3) order redfish at restaurant at the dock which they ran out of, they brought us swordfish and never mentioned the substitution until we tasted it and called the waitress over and questioned it. At this point she said that they had run out of Redfish.
