Fully operational 8 am to 5 pm daily.
Nestled amongst centuries old oak trees draped in Spanish moss, Jekyll Harbor Marina is a step back in time to a place when life was a lot slower and simpler. With a mission to offer only top notch Southern Hospitality, our staff will provide you with a stay you will not soon forget. With over 35 miles of nature and bike trails, the historic Jekyll Island Club, majestic beaches and the most awe-inspiring sunsets your eyes will ever see, Jekyll Harbor Marina provides a gracious home whether you have a 20 foot runabout in our dry storage or a 70 foot yacht.
The marina and its fully enclosed dry boat storage facility provide an access point for truly spectacular fishing, and after a long day of reeling in fish, our staff lifts your boat, rinses out the engine and returns it safely to your slot. Whether it's wet storage, dry storage, or outside on your trailer, we have a variety of rates to suit everyone's needs.
Allow yourself a moment to step back in time here on Jekyll Island. This hidden gem offers serenity that is difficult to find anywhere else. To access these charming locations, you will need transportation. Here at the Jekyll Harbor Marina, we have options that can accommodate a single person or a family. You can choose from our courtesy golf carts or beach cruiser bicycles, depending on needs.

The very best! Awesome caring staff…Drew, Jovan, Grace! Jared at Marina restaurant was super friendly & helped us celebrate our 50th anniversary! Rest rooms clean & loved the availability of bikes & golf carts! If ur traveling the east coast ICW, you must stop here you won’t be disappointed!
This was one of the best marinas I have ever used. The staff was friendly and always was willing to lend a hand. I would recommend this marina to anyone traveling the ICW.
An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The people are lovely, a special shout out to Drew, Mike and Grace! The owners are very accommodating. The docks are in excellent shape! The restaurant, Zachary’s top notch. We used one of their complimentary golf carts for 3-4 hours and saw most of the island, had lunch at Wee Pub, ice cream at Jekyll Market and some shopping. We would definitely return. April MV Parnassia
The Marina is hard to get a hold of by telephone. They are only open from 8 am to 5pm. If your outside of that time you're out of luck. No gas before or after this time either. I couldn't get my dock number, but it didn't matter everyone just docked wherever they wanted, so no saved space for you, not enforced, no one there after hours to stop the dock space stealing either. Power hook up for 110v requires a adapter, a simple extension cord will not work for onboard battery chargers.
Lots of quality help with lines when we came in and since we had called ahead they had the mobile pump out ready. WiFi was good, we used the pool and the bikes. There was a long wait at the restaurant so we did not go there, but it must be good! Everyone was friendly. One day, we will stay multiple days and turn it into its own vacation.
Facilities are very nice, this is not a large marina but is well organized. But the thing that makes this place stand out are the employees. They make you feel very welcome and are happy to help out in any way. We liked it so much we stayed a couple more days. Mike and Pam
Second time here, dockhands very helpful as always, very patient with our difficulties docking. Docks are good and it was a very easy departure next morning. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on Wednesday but a short walk to Beach area provided us with refreshment. No doubt we will be back on our return journey.
We stopped at Jekyll Harbor Marina for one night and experienced no issues. The two young men who helped us in were as nice and helpful as could be. We had good service at the restaurant bar and enjoyed the quite relaxed atmosphere of the facility.
Great service would stay here anytime. Dock guys where as helpful as you could ask for.
Helpful, capable, and friendly staff. Marina amenities made the visit all the more enjoyable.
What a wonderful marina and location. Beautiful, great amenities (including pool and fabulous restaurant), and superb staff.
Easily one of the friendliest marinas I have visited. Small marina on Oak Tree lined banks of the Jekyll River. Arrived after closing (5) to find one of the marina employees washing a boat. Kudos to Jovan for assisting us with a golf cart to move our luggage to Jekyll Island Club. Marina is adjacent to Zachry's Restaurant, a local seafood establishment, overlooking the river and a pool for marina guests. Complimentary bikes and golf cart (1 hr. limit) are nice. Historic District or the beach are a 20 minute walk. If you're staying few days you can rent a cart from Red bug Motors located at the airport. They will pick you up and drop you off. Summer is a busy time so advance reservations are recommended.
Very nice stay! Boat wakes were minimum, the staff is very nice, easy biking and walking to restaurants and stores. We'll be back!
Docks are nice floating docks. Personnel are very helpful. You need to walk through the on-site restaurant to get to restrooms and showers(awkward). On-site restaurant is very popular but dirty. We chose not to eat there
Super friendly staff that's always ready to help. I enjoyed the restaurant, too. Bike riding on Jekyll is a joy and the beach is very close by.
Excellent customer service. On top of everything. Everyone was very responsive. We will be back for sure.
Great marina, great dock hands, great location, we always stop here. Only drawback is they use Dockwa which i don't like
This is a wonderful marina! The owners are so kind and helpful. We love the old south feel of the property and the use of the golf cart made getting groceries a breeze.
We have stayed at Jekyll Harbor Marina many times and have always loved the marina, restaurant and pristine island. Marina still wonderful, however the new owners seem to be much LESS willing to please than the past proprietors. The restaurant, still the best watering hole around, was closed due to being short staffed. It opened the next day and, as always, food delicious. The little village continues to delight. Market extensive and expensive. Somewhat unhappily condos are now being build on the far side of the marsh behind the marina. Hopefully this will not become a common thing on the island. If you have never been, don't miss this historic and beautiful island.
Great marina and wonderful island full of history. Some of the best dock hands on the ICW. Hated to leave. If you are staying two or more nights, rent a golf cart(Red Bug Motors)! We had one for two days and really explored. Marina has two loaner golf carts but only for an hour or so at a time. Restaurant at the Marine was excellent. Left around low tide and water was very skinny between marina and St. Simons sound, plan accordingly.
Great marina, quiet, clean and a great restaurant. We will be back again
The staff is wonderful, the marina clean and well equipped. Chris couldn't be more helpful. We enjoyed the availability of bikes and golf cart. We will be back.
Great stop on the ICW, nice staff and a beautiful island! We’ll be back!
Beautiful marina on this most beautiful barrier island!!! Marina staff was very helpful and there are courtesy golf carts and bicycles for your use!!! Easy to walk or cycle to near by shopping! and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were also nice!
Dock hands and staff are simply awesome beautiful place to stay good restaurants and simple supplies within walking distance.
New ownership with Zach and family living on dock so they know what is going on. I stay at JHM several weeks each year because I love Jekyll. Chris, Jovan and other staff are very friendly, competent and helpful. Improvements to the infrastructure are happening everyday. Love the people and food at the adjacent Zachary's Riverhouse.
Always nice to be greeted on first name basis. Chris & Jim make us feel welcome every time. New on Site "hands on" owners already showing signs of improvements. I personally like to trade at owner operated businesses. There could be some improvement in the restroom/laundry arrangement and maybe there will be, but its been that way for a long time. Jekyll is a special place and one of our favorite stops.
Very friendly and helpful team - dock staff worked hard to accommodate us for another night - terrific to have bikes for use by transients - easy access to the bike path, Circle K, etc. - single outward-facing dock makes it easy to tie up/leave
We always love stopping at Jekyll for a few days. Everyone at the marina is nice and very helpful. They have bikes and golf carts to use and there is a good restaurant right at the marina. They also have a pool.
Terrific Jekyll Island Marina was made even better by Chris and Jim who are clearly the best marina host tandem on the ICW. They went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, anticipating all our needs and accomplishing them perfectly The icing on the cake was the free golf cart and bike usage to explore this gorgeous foliage filled island.
We found Jekyll Harbor Marina to be casual, comfortable. The staff was courteous and the fuel dock was convenient. The restaurant was very casual but good. The dockside is a bit shabby and in need of updates. Did not use the restrooms. No recycling available.
Very accommodating. Easy access to stores. Loaner bikes and golf cart.
Wonderful place to stop, deck hands work very hard. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Especially enjoyed complimentary golf cart and bikes. Toured island and shopping in beach village. Even a walk on the beach.
Restaurant was closed all week. Love the fact that they have golf carts to check out but 1.5 hour max does not give you enough time to do much, especially if you want to go out to eat. Staff was super nice and very helpful.
Good food dock service was good
Great stay at the Jekyll Harbor Marina! Had an unscheduled stop early in the afternoon and was met by Chris and Jim. They were professional and friendly. Nice docks and a beautiful area. We’ll be back!
Great staff, rest room shower arrangement a bit strange, overall very good
Very nice marina with a first rate staff. Easy to get to Savanna and everything there. Love the Krispy Kreme delivery!
We arrived after hours and had to call multiple times to 16. Eventually we were assisted and tied up. Our stay was pleasant and the bike ride around Jekyll was very nice as well were the staff and drinks at the River house..
Nice place but very exposed to a west wind
Marina has pool, jacuzzi and free bikes to explore Jekyll island. But the transient slips are along the sea wall, and so exposed to ICW traffic, currents, and westerly winds.
Great location with walking distance to the historic area and a good restaurant/bar on-site. Easy in and out. The staff is great...especially Chris. Definitely will stay again.
Charming place to be! The marina staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The grounds and facilities were clean. The restaurant is great. The island itself is a must-see, especially by bike as their bike trails are awesome!
Great stop! Wonderful island with great bike paths and spectacular scenery. The marina was well kept with clean bathrooms and a nice restaurant. Definitely would choose it again. M/V Encore
Staff was wonderful, convenient location and access
The staff was fantastic and it was great to be able to explore the island on their free bikes. I deducted one star because the electric pedestal they initially hooked us up to was faulty. They were able to move us the next day so we got shore power. Also, when we went to leave we were in the mud. Our depth sounder said we were in 2 feet of water. It is soft mud so no damage done, but a deep draft boat will have to play the tides to get in and out.
The location can’t be beat plus Chris and Javon were great.
Fantastic Marina with helpful dockhands. Excellent internet. Perfect location for exploring an island that is not only beautiful but has a fascinating history.
Nice marina with on site restaurant and courtesy golf cart for exploring the island. A little rocking and rolling and slap slap on the outside pier/ dock but it didn’t get in our way of enjoying our time at jekyll Harbor Marina.
Friendly helpful. Great stay
Great marina on the ICW. Docked for 2 days early April bc of winds and can't say enough nice things about the marina crew (and the crab stew at Zachry's Riverhouse restaurant). Took the complimentary golf cart to general store when we arrived and used the free bikes to explore the island the next day. Awesome experience !
Very convenient, good dock, friendly neighbors. Great restaurant on site. Dock master very helpful and responsive
Friendly, helpful staff. Used a golf cart to go to Sea Turtle Center. Even used the pool. A real gem.
Friendly, competent assistance and a great location. Free loaner bikes give you access to the best bike paths on the AICW. Very good onsite restaurant too!
We really enjoyed using the loaner bikes to explore the island. Special place. Great team!
Excellent Staff! Met us on the dock and were most helpful with getting in and setting up. If going this way, I would highly recommend stopping by! Great little restaurant too!
Great Dock hands that are helpful and very welcoming. Golf carts and shuttle are available. There are lots of great places to walk a dog. Great little island. The restaurant was very good and inexpensive. The only knock on the place is there are a few liveaboards that let their dogs bark and bark with no attempt to stop the barking.
Always a wonderful visit. The dock hands are knowledgeable and friendly. Bathrooms are clean and on-site restaurant delicious and reasonably priced.
Dockhands and staff very friendly and helpful. Loved being able to walk to Beach Village as well as the beach in about a mile.Beautiful island, can’t wait to come back!
Prob one of the best marinas I've stayed in. Beautiful place and staff is extremely welcoming. Definitely will come back for longer stay.
Great local dock, wonderful service and good restaurant. Easy one night stay!
Always a great stay. Super dock staff. Very friendly and helpful. If you arrive during low tide, watch the far end of the docks when you turn the corner as there is a bit of shoaling, once in the back fairway, there was plenty of water. One of our MUST stops!
Great stop. Professional staff.
Excellent dockhands fot me tied up and pumped out in a jiffy. Very nice private showers with plenty of hot water. Small restaurant on site. Only stayed one night, but it's definitely someplace I'll stay again.
Nice stop on the AICW. The marina has golf carts and bikes to get around the island. The island has tons of paths for hiking and biking. The historic district is about a mile away with the mansions currently in operation as places to stay. Restaurant on site was good and convfenient.
Great location. Complimentary golf carts and bikes. Great to explore the island. Owners and staff nice and friendly.
A great experience at this little marina. We called and told them we were coming in late and they said no problem, just tie up and plug-in. Next morning we met Terri. She was super friendly and tanked us up. We got free coffee to boot. Nice clean showers and bathrooms and even a pool and hot tub! Overall a great experience and we will definitely stop back again!
We love a marina with friendly people, good docks, clean facilities, and a restaurant nearby if not onsite - and this marina has all that and more. Highly recommended. We are generally pushing through and don't stay more than overnight, but from the water Jekyll looks to be a beautiful place. Maybe next year we'll stay a few days.
We stayed at Jekyll Harbor Marina for several days and loved the whole area. The folks running the Marina were terrific. Provided info on sites to see, provided a golf cart for our use for the day. Restaurant next door was good. Restrooms and laundry room easy to access and clean.
My son & I stayed here overnight on a trip from Tampa to Baltimore. Friendly staff, & courtesy bikes.
Excellent experience here! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They have several courtesy bikes available, which we were delighted to use for exploring. Scott was even willing to take us on a driving tour of the island, and he was an excellent tout guide. I wish we lived closer and could visit here more often.
Excellent marina with many amenities. Great bike trails, free bikes and courtesy car. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff is 110% focused on taking care of cruisers and guests. Dry stack for small boats. Stores nearby for groceries. Propane nearby. Gas and Diesel at the docks.
