I recommend Jekyll Harbor Marina. The facilities are great! The bathrooms are clean, the showers are well-maintained. Jekyll Island is a must-stop and the marina has free Golf Cart rentals that allow you to tour the island quickly and easily. Driftwood Beach is a must-see as well.
The only issue is that the marina is open to a larger body of water and they tend to tie you up against the outer dock. If you have a North/Northwest the waves push up against your boat and make a lot of noise.
But, even with that, I recommend the Marina. Great people, Great golf cart rental, and a very interesting island to visit.
