Very nice spot! A bit far to walk into St. Augustine, but we made it. Sorry that they don't let dogs into the restaurant as we would have come up for a meal. Dock hands were very helpful.

Great stay and special place. Had read comments about depth issues - and didn’t see the the channel or depths properly reflected in Navionics or Aquamaps - but the channel had about 10’ at low tide and our slip had over 5’. Also barely any current at all compared to on the Matanza

Great stay - we were met at our slip when we arrived .. bathrooms, laundry, showers all clean and convenient - tiki bar / restaurant were amazing - east walk into town and close to the beaches - Had a great stay - Thanks!

We stayed here for the month if January. Docks are in great shape and well maintained. All the staff was amazing, friendly and professional. Pump out was not in service, but the Code Brown boat will come to your boat for pump outs, call to get on his schedule. The restaurant staff and food were great. We'll definitely safe here again.

Very friendly, happy atmosphere

We kept our 38’ boat docked at the Conch for 5 years. The marina staff were excellent, kept a clean dock and watch over the boat, especially in storms. The restaurant and lounge are great fun, as is the live music.

Nice Marina with a restaurant and bar at the dock. We were on a floating dock for two days waiting out a cold front. Easy Uber to downtown and grocery stores. Staff was awesome and the facilities were good.

Awesome place. Great restaurant and bar. Good water coming in, just follow the markers and you'll be fine. It's a little shallow with low tide, maybe 7-8 feet in spots.

Love this marina/resort. Plenty of water, no current, friendly staff and great food.

Floating docks in good condition, dock hands were very good, anxious to help (help plugging in shore power, water, take your trash?) and friendly; heads/showers were clean and above average, laundry machines worked well, nice pool, reservation staff went out of their way to be helpful with schedule changes due to weather. Nice Tiki Bar (drinks only, no food) on the dock got very busy, decent restaurant at the base of the dock. 25 minute walk over the Bridge of Lions to downtown. Very nice stay, would definitely stay again.

Always enjoyable to stay at Conch House Marina. Even though the bathroom in the biggest room they have is sub par. And the restaurant isn’t working at capacity. (Turned away party of 12 on a Sat night with half the tables open). I still love this place and will continue to stay here. The marina folks are awesome. The food is great.

Dock boys were waiting to catch my lines. Very professional and accommodating.

Accommodations were great, they got us settled in right away with no hassle! My only complaint would be that they did not let us know that there would be parking for only one vehicle per boat (special circumstances for Snapper season) until the day prior to my arrival, we made it work, but I feel like this should have been disclosed at the time the reservation was made.

Excellent marina, Dock master Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was also. Restrooms, showers, laundry, dock, very clean.

We came up from Daytona and was not too familiar with the area and the dock crew was fantastic in guiding us to our assigned slip. No one worry, can't wait to return.

Ducked in for the night to fuel up and spend the night. Wonderful dock and office staff, fabulous food at the restaurant and fun atmosphere. Close to anything via uber for provisions/supplies. Will be back when we have time to relax and explore!

We reserved a weekend at this marina as we were passing through St. Augustine over a holiday weekend and wanted to avoid the boat traffic of the busy waterways - our stay was pretty average. We were placed on C dock as they stated the rest of the marina was full for the weekend. Unfortunately this was extremely rolly as boats that went to the restaurant were passing by constantly and the charter boats came in and out multiple times a day. It could have just been busy as it was a holiday weekend, but something to keep in mind. We have a 4 foot draft and at low tide we were sitting in the soft mud, so if you have anything over 4 feet you should request not to be on C dock. The grounds were well kept both on the docks and in the parking lot (no trash, etc.), however there were not any actual trash cans located on the docks. The restrooms were clean and the laundry room was nice to have as well. There is a bar that is halfway down the main dock (it doesn't appear they serve food here, just drinks) with multiple signs that state they are not dog friendly, which was a little awkward as we needed to pass through the bar to get to the parking lot to walk our dog. Speaking of walking, there is not really anything walkable here so you'd definitely need an Uber or a rental car if you needed to go anywhere. When we left, many of the other slips were still empty even though they stated the marina was full for the weekend so it was a bummer that we weren't able to be moved to a calmer slip.

Office and Dock guys were very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay there again.

Help on the dock was great, but was not impressed by the office lady. Terrible attitude and not welcoming at all. I have been moving boats up and down the east coast for 32 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been a regular at Conch House Marina for many years and they just lost my business.

The Marina, Staff, and Service were top notch. My only recommendation would be to ensure that you give the gate and facility codes upon check-in. Our first night on the water stretched into the evening hours when staff was not available, and the gates were actually closed, so we were locked in the marina pier!

Very nice marina with easy access. Secure with nice facilities. Dockhands need better training on how to secure arriving vessels but this is a minor thing. Overall very good

The staff are great. And it’s a fun place to go. But they desperately need to dredge. There’s absolutely no water even when you’re next to the dock.

They were very helpful with our late arrival and quick service at the fuel dock. It allowed us to be on our way early the next morning

Web site has good marina map, so it was easy to find/plan for slip approach. Plenty of dock hands for tie up . Office staff was all squared away on our Dockwa reservation - good to see since I was one of the first customers to book my stay through Dockwa. Well constructed, and maintained floating docks. Dock C work is just being completed. Only issue we had was needing to wait for a bit more tide to get a good foot and a half under the keel when leaving slip D1.

First, the Staff are terrific. All were helpful, polite and friendly. Facility and docks well maintained. Depth is a problem. My boat’s draft is 5’ and at low tide, sitting at 3’. Decided to try the restaurant-pricey and mediocre at best.

While still undergoing repairs, those docks completed are great. The staff, as always, were courteous and helpful. Will definitely plan on staying there again.

Nice marina to stay. Convenient to inlet with easy access in and out. Attendants were very congenial and helpful. There wasn’t a lot of parking for your boat trailer. They had a grass lot down the street that you could use. All in all it was a very good marina.
