Great location, good slips, nice bar with a wonderful view and some basic food options, recently renovated heads/showers (ask for key to gain 24-hour access), and excellent staff. A staff example: when I first hailed NYC on Ch 78, Stef the Dockmaster realized that while he could hear me, I couldn't hear him -- within a minute he called my cell phone, which was included in my reservation. I had apparently held the CH/WX button on my ICOM handheld radio too long and switched from US to International or Canada frequencies.
