The Marina has been sold and I wish the new owners the best.

Marina Response:
This customer's name is Mr. Goodman. He was asked to leave the marina after repeatedly using foul language and abusing my staff, namely the Service Manager, Bill, who continues to enjoy employment after many years. Mr. Goodman's damage to his boat could not have been done by the marina, but only through his own efforts by tying the boat up to a dock. Further, the marina is going through an exciting renovation time and all boats are safe and secure during this process. Mr. Goodman's attempt to bully us on the internet using foul language and abusive behavior have left us only one choice, and that is to ask him to leave. Meridian Marina has never, or will it ever, take a customer service attitude as he claims. Tim Mullen.

I have been a customer at Meridian Marina for over a decade. Wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. Tim Mullen has been nothing but polite and accomdating and will go over the top to provide great customer service. Friendly staff, always helpful. In reading the negative review, the one thin noticeable is that it is hard to believe someone would be asked to leave the marina. From my experience, if you were thrown out, there must have been a darn good reason.

The guy who runs the place won't hesitate to steal your money then disappear for a week. Just ask the guy who Tim (owner) recently still $50,000 from. He doesn't care about you, his business, or his employees.
