The harbormaster staff was amicable and informative, and the facilities were excellent, with a clean shower and comfortable lounge for transient moorings. The launch was very helpful in finding us the local places to eat breakfast and with all local questions and very quick for pickups. The staff flexible about refund as we moved onto to a new port. I look foward to our next visit to Gloucester
