Excellent staff, launch was super helpful with various dropoff and pickup spots.
Laundry across street will do it for you as well as self service, which is nice if you are in a time crunch. Showers are awesome! Super clean as they are new.
Location can't be beat. Inner harbor is so convenient - where we stayed. And it certainly wasn't busy traffic wise, so that was nice.
