we also bought a boat at boat works 4 yrs ago, last year boat was damages while parked at dock, we were told to submit it to our insurance and were no help and took no responsibilty, this year our $1000,00 fish finder was vandalized, again they took no responsibility, so we have since left the marina and are very happy at our new marina,

We bought our boat from Boatworks Marine, LLC two years ago. Last year, the boat sank next to the dock due to something being stuck in the bilge pump and other contributing factors. In August 2019, Boatworks took the boat in for 6 weeks for repairs and as it was at the end of the season, they winterized it in preparation for the winter. When putting it in the water yesterday for the first time since the sinking incident, it didn't start and we immediately contacted Boatworks to talk through the issue. I was aggressively told, that, "they did not have liability" and that he didn't understand how it, "was their problem" at this point. I was looking for some guidance and support from a vendor that not only sold us the boat initially, but supposedly fixed all of the issues from the sinking last year. It was very disheartening to have this experience as this has been our first time owning a boat and guidance/support would have been appreciated as opposed to the response.
