As a first-time customer at Pistakee Marina in Fox Lake, I can honestly say I was blown away. From the moment we pulled in, the entire experience felt easy, welcoming, and professional.
The staff treated us like we’d been coming there for years. They walked us through everything, answered all our questions without making us feel inexperienced, and made the whole process smooth. You can tell they genuinely care about boaters and families enjoying the Chain O’Lakes.
The marina itself is clean, organized, and super convenient. The dock access is easy, the slips are well-maintained, and everything feels secure. Being right on the Chain O’Lakes is unbeatable — we were out on the water in minutes enjoying the sunshine and relaxing views.
What really stood out was the atmosphere. It’s fun, family-friendly, and laid-back but still professional. You don’t feel like “just another customer.” You feel like part of a boating community.
If you’re looking for boat storage, a slip rental, or just a reliable marina to call home for the season, Pistakee Marina is 100% worth it. As a new customer, I couldn’t be happier — and we’ll definitely be back next season!
