The common facilities are pretty nice. The laundry facility was dirty and partially out of order. We were also quoted a price on the phone that matched the initial Dockwa quoted amount. However on the day of arrival the price was increased by about 30%. We didn’t argue since our stay was short. The water pressure on the dock was so poor that our collapsible hose couldn’t pass any meaningful water and we had to borrow a standard garden hose from another boat. The dock hands were very helpful and the office staff polite. The maneuvering is very tight but we always saw 8 foot of water even at low tide. This facility feels very safe with plenty of activity and good proximity to a nice grocery store.
