This rating is based on the friendliness of the people there. Everyone was very nice. They have a live aboard community that are very welcoming. There is a “Temple”. Which is a covered structure with sink, ice, cooking supplies and grill where people meet daily to visit.
Laundry on site, very quiet area. Will go back.
