We arrived to the outer harbor and checked out the ball numbers they provided. A swell was coming in out of the SE and the anchorage was unsuitable for us, too rolly. When we contacted CYC and asked for a partial refund for the last night we were informed they had a 7 day advance refund policy. We were charged for 3 nights and didn’t use their mooring at all. I felt like they were pretty aggressive about their policies.
