Great place to stay. Very close to town amenities and the bar restaurants. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We strongly recommend this marina for overnights.
The owner assisted us as we pulled in late from a rough day on the Atlantic. He was extremely helpful!
Staff was kind and very helpful, good protection from NE/E/SE/S/SW/W winds. Current moves but manageable. Some commercial traffic do not go no wake but it was a good stay. Restaurants close but grocery was a drive.
Twin Lights is more of a boatyard than a marina but the owner, Wayne is beyond helpful and nice. Yes, there’s a hella current and yes, the locals ignore the no-wake zone so you get rocked…a LOT but that’s not the marina’s fault. There a fabulous bakery/cafe a few blocks away and a seafood restaurant right next door but we didn’t go. Would I come back? Probably but that’s because our boat doesn’t rock as much as some do.
Great staff, good fuel price, good electrical and floating docks. There is a lot of big wake traffic in the Shrewsbury River that made staying on the boat rather uncomfortable. The Marina is in the no wake zone but locals ignore it.
Friendly, clean, affordable, available. I would absolutely come again!
The staff was very helpful and everyone was pleasant. We docked on the outside T-Dock which was floating and well fendered. the electric connection was right there. I thought we might rock a bit while sleeping, but it was a very calm night despite the current and wind. The bathrooms and shower are a nice size and very clean and well maintained. The marina is located in a nice area and easy walking distance to several restaurants, including a fantastic seafood spot as well as a convenience store and a couple of bars. I spent the evening sitting on my deck and enjoying the live band at a nearby bar (they stopped playing promptly at 10, but weren't loud anyway) and then went to sleep. Definitely a convenient location with good amenities. If you're looking for a resort, this isn't the place, but if you are looking for a clean, safe and convenient spot to dock for the night, they are well worth it.
The face dock is on the main channel and none of the boats observe the no wake zone. Rocky Rollie
