We love our stays at the marina. This stay started out fine with booking and communication from the marina. Once we arrived the dock master Cathy was argumentative and insisted we are not allowed to use our stairway to get off the boat. We have stayed at the marina over 8 times and every time we have used our gangway. We asked why and she stated they were never allowed you will need to climb off they boat like everyone else that uses the T-dock. We called and her supervisor must have contacted her and made her aware it was ok to use the stairs.
It is a beautiful marina stay and we recommend St. Pete marina. It is unfortunate that 1 employee can ruin a company reputation. We will continue to dock here for events and hope that company policies are more transparent and applied to all guests.
