Very fine facility. Friendly, helpful staff. No information handout, so I had to call for wi-fi password. Way, way overpriced. Should not charge for bowsprit length. Charging by length is done to approximate usage of facility.
A bowsprit does not add people, interior space, electrical usage, trash, etc.
