The docks used to be free. Now they are $30 a night which isn't bad considering you get water and electricity. Not having finger slips it's very inconvenient. The real negative is the noise from the LaBelle bridge. It's a very short walk to shopping and restaurants so all in all a good place to stay just not for long if you want a good night's sleep.
