Unfortunately had a poor experience with this marina twice. First time was 2 years ago when we attempted to reserve and just never got an answer. We had to find a spot to anchor. We reserved again recently hoping for a better experience. We went to pull into the side slips (no power) and could not back in due to the water being so low- we were bringing up mud. We tried to pull in but the docks were not long enough to come to mid ship. After several attempts we tried to call the contact on dockwa whose voicemail redirected us back to dockwa. I messaged and asked about tying parallel as it was the only way to fit. Very short response saying no and noted the depth was 6’ (basically telling me I was wrong that it was too shallow). Eventually we got tied up in another slip but the communication with the manager or whoever is running it was disappointing. Poor customer service. If your boat is over 30’ don’t bother. Or just don’t bother whatever your length.
