My husband and I recently stayed at Gurney’s Star Island Marina for 4 nights. We have been coming to this marina for the past five years. From the time we arrived, until the end when we departed, everything was great! All of the marina staff are top notch, but special mention of Dennis who provides such skill when docking boats, and also of John. We encountered a problem with our boat upon departure, and we felt John went over and above the norm with his assistance to us. This was truly appreciated as he called in Forest from SI Yachts who was quickly able to rectify the issue with our boat.
In addition, we used the shuttle service to downtown several times. Raul is a very helpful driver who seems to go out of his way to help the guests; he demonstrates the high-quality service that Gurneys is known for.
We will be returning again next month, and are looking forward to our stay.
Would definitely recommend this marina to others.
