After more than 30 years as a customer at the Plattsburgh Marina, I am deeply disappointed to see how much it has deteriorated.
The docks are in poor condition, maintenance has been neglected, customer service is very poor, and the manager is not approachable or willing to have a respectful conversation.
It’s truly unfortunate to see a marina with so much potential decline like this. I sincerely hope the owners take the necessary steps to restore the quality and reputation this marina once had.
