Charlotte Sailing Center

Our boat has been at the marina for over 40 years and we are thankful that our boat is still moored at the sailing center. It is the best place to sail from on Lake Champlain. That said the present management has done an excellent job of raising fees and reducing ammenites. The management and staff( or lack of) seem unconnected, disinterested and unavailable and honestly not that friendly and somewhat dismissive. They have started to cleanup the area , but the important things like broken fiberglass in the water, a listing dock, uneven stairs, beavers at the pier, dredging and reinstating haul, launch and storage services seem distant. CSC is still where we want to be and a special place on Lake Champlain.

Andy is disorganized. Does not get back to his clients. Shotty operation all around. Time frames hardly ever met. No security. He may or may not be on site when you arrive. I drive an hour! Can't get him on the telephone. Tired of years of being upset & in his control. I will be moving my boat this year to the Point Marina after the 2018 season. I Am Done!!!
