The crew needs more training. Directed us to the outside dock port side tie. The electric station was all the way to the bow. Had to leave the dock and return for a starboard side tie. They should no better or ask.
They then ran my power line across the dock and did not have a power cord dock cover to protect it.
They drive golf carts at Charleston City dock and ran over the power cord dozens of times. The worst is the damage they may have caused the wires and the line is now filthy.
Not a pleasant experience at all.
