Hoping this will be a singular experience apart from my many past visits. Nevertheless, from the chaotic series of incorrect slip assessments, to the dock master’s inability to distinguish north from south and east from west as well as an annoying hubris across the vhf, to the unfortunate dockhand who’d clearly never been given any instruction or training in the sequence of line handling in a good current, all certainly give occasion to reconsider a potential return visit. Again, sincerely hope they were just having a bad evening.
