Incredible staff that are super helpful. Their reservation electric option isn’t perfect so let me try to save other boaters the headache. Our boat uses 208v 3 phase 100 amp. Somewhat less common 5 pin plug. The boat can not take anything else.
In reservation page there is NO option for 208v, but there is a 100amp option. Other option was 480v… so I picked the 100amp during reservation.
The marina deleted that and changed it to 480v 3 phase. Upon docking there was a huge confusion on power. Docked port then when I specified what I needed they said to dock SB, then they had to bring a trailer that steps down 480v to 208v. Was a pain…. Staff did sort everything out.
My recommendation if you take 208v 3ph 100amp, call them and let them know….
