Extremely disappointed by the utter lack of communication from management. We made over twenty attempts to establish contact over a two-day period utilizing VHF Channel 16, phone calls, voicemails, and emails yet every inquiry was completely ignored. Left entirely without guidance or a callback, we were forced to scramble and tie up at whatever makeshift slip we could locate. Terrible operational oversight.
