I had some boat issues and called ahead and told them I was having boat issues and would not be able to make it. The Marina said no problem since you have not checked in you won't be charged. After reviewing my credit card I was charged for all three nights which is contrary to what I was told. I went back with an email and said they would get it sorted and back to me. I have continued to follow up to see where the refund is and got no response. I have now raised this issue to my Credit card company in the form of disputing the charges. Very poor follow up and customer service. I cannot recommend this marina
