I had some boat issues and called ahead and told them I was having boat issues and would not be able to make it. The Marina said no problem since you have not checked in you won't be charged. After reviewing my credit card I was charged for all three nights which is contrary to what I was told. I went back with an email and said they would get it sorted and back to me. I have continued to follow up to see where the refund is and got no response. I have now raised this issue to my Credit card company in the form of disputing the charges. Very poor follow up and customer service. I cannot recommend this marina
No bathroom/shower facilities. Very nice store and diesel was lowest so far on our trip. Restaurant nearby was very nice. At $1.50 a ft with electric ill take it.
Dock hands were of no help at all! They were of no help getting directions into the marina. Gave me radio channel their fishermen use said I could just follow them. Wouldn’t answer their radio after that. Lady at the desk gave me good directions. No help locating my slip or tying off
