We tied up at approx 4:20 pm and requested to get about 500 gallons of fuel. The doc and had to request permission to start fueling me at that time as apparently management does not want to pay them overtime. One would think that a $1500 purchase could pay for a bit of overtime.
Eventually, it was a happy ending and they did get permission to sell me fuel.
