The location was perfect, the service was less than stellar. Prior to arrival I hailed the marina by VHF, and received permission to enter. There was no one available to assist me dockside. No big deal. When I arrived at the slip, the finger pier was muddy and n anchor and old rope were blocking access to tie up to the piling. Still not a big deal. However, the bathrooms coded locks so my expectation was that they would be clean. I arrived on Friday afternoon and the bathrooms were filthy, we had reservations until Sunday and during that window the bathrooms were never cleaned. While I was a transient on this visit,I grew up in Portsmouth and were friends with the original owners, yes I’m that old. Really disappointed in the attention to detail. The $95.00/ day fee is a little steep for this experience. I would not recommend at this time.
