The WIFI internet service is horrible and I found I wasn't the only one with this complaint. The general manager stated this is his #1 complaint and the front desk has flyers at the desk to hand out to anyone who approaches them with this complaint so the Captain may contact the third party provider. The additional problem is you cannot get very good cell service so any communication with the provider is horrible and calls get dropped during troubleshooting. I eventually had to quit trying it was over an hour with their techs and multiple call backs for dropped calls. Nothing we tried was working and I heard this from multiple other Captains when I asked them how their internet service is. Very frustrating.
