My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Marcy and Nick at Safe Harbor Great Oak Landing Marina, Chestertown MD.
Our first interaction was scheduling an emergency haul out for sail drive repair. I cannot express how impressed we both were with the exceptional service and professionalism we experienced in scheduling the haul out and working with our preferred Volvo vendor.
We returned to Safe Harbor Great Oak Landing as a result to continue work on our boat.
Macy consistently managed to schedule the work required promptly and precisely. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable.
Nick is a master at his craft. His high-quality repairs encompassed a wide range of tasks, from bottom job to hull repairs, gelcoat work, mast repairs, and even installing the shaft shark. His skills and knowledge were evident in the flawless execution of each task. Not only does he excel in his work, but his kindness and professionalism also set him apart.
Both Marcy and Nick are not only experts in their fields but also incredibly personable. They made our entire experience enjoyable, and their dog-friendly approach was the cherry on top. Having them on our boat felt like having trusted friends aboard.
