I called to cancel a few days before my reservation due to I got sick with Covid 19. They wouldnt refund my money because its a holiday weekend. Excuse me I dont want to spread the disease. I have had every holiday for the last 23 years not missing once. Wow. I offered to provide the test showing positive but that was not good enough for them. I asked if they could give me a credit because i come 10 to 20 times a year but still no. They sold my slip to someone else on the wait list and still kept my money. Thats just wrong in any ones eyes.
