The ladies at checkin were awesome and nice. My request was accommodated due to my disability. I gave a 3 star rating due to the grumpy old man at the gate. Unpleasant and rude to us. Also, why do I have to pay $20 for a day pass just to check in into my slip? As soon as I check in I get a 3 day pass that allows me access to the place. Kind of a rip off situation that they charge $20 just to get my pass.
