We rent a slip at the marina most times while visiting Lake Havasu. We were assigned K-18 this time and was disappointed with the condition of the slip. There was a screw hanging out on the port side of the slip and the starboard side the whole walkway was so wobbly that balance was hard to maintain. I actually fell into the water Striking my arm in the boat in the next slip trying to get off The boat. We have stayed many times at the marina and not experienced the wobble to the degree that this side dock was. In addition, as you start down K dock there are a couple of boards that are either broken or bent and could cause a person to stumble or fall, they also need repairs.
