Marina Info

Atlantique has a lot to offer boaters and ferry visitors. Boaters will enjoy Atlantique's wide boat slips, electrical service, fresh water hookup and free pump out station. What makes Atlantique different than most areas on Fire Island is the availability of hot showers. They also provide life guard protected beaches, a snack bar and 150+ marina boat slips. This makes Atlantique Beach a great choice for a summer getaway.

There are two different areas of Atlantique. Atlantique Beach and the Fire Island community of Atlantique. The beach is an 875 foot wide strip between the ocean and the bay, and nestled between the communities of Atlantique and Lonelyville. Atlantique is just a short walk away from Ocean Beach and Fair Harbor. Each offering their own different experience.

Jeff Strong, President, Strong’s Marine and Dante Grover, President, Al Grover’s Marine are pleased to announce that as of the 2021 boating season, the Strong’s & Grover’s partnership will manage the beautiful 150+ slip Atlantique Marina on Fire Island under a long-term agreement with the Town of Islip.

The Strong’s and Grover’s families have known each other well since the 1950’s, and together bring nearly 150 years of boating, marina operations and hospitality experience to the management of Atlantique Marina. Strong’s Marine offers world-class brands Cobalt, Pursuit, Regal, Grady-White*, Sunseeker and Cruisers Yachts to boaters throughout Long Island and the five boroughs; in 2017, the two families partnered on “Strong’s at Grover’s,” a Freeport sales location expanding the reach of these premium boat and yacht manufacturers.

Having developed a “Home of Super Service” reputation across the Long Island region built on consistently delighting clients, they look forward to enhancing the experience of Atlantique Marina’s boaters this season, and for many seasons to come.

As they take over marina operations at Atlantique, Strong’s & Grover’s are committed to operating this special facility with the high level of care they bring to the management of their current family of marinas: one in Freeport, three in Mattituck and one in Southampton. To enhance the experience of dockage guests, Strong’s & Grovers will invest in significant upgrades and improvements to the marina over the next several years. Boater education, environmental responsibility, and hosting fun and memorable events are all embedded in Strong’s & Grover’s culture, and will be part of the Atlantique Marina experience under their management.

  • Grady White is offered in Nassau County & the five boroughs
