Creg Quay Marina

would need a coutesy car but marina is clean, and has a pool

Creg Quay is a handy marina along the St Lawrence Seaway that really isn't set up to take big boats (36'+) but we were shoehorned in aok. Even though it is in Ontario (barely) it is used mostly by French Canadians and French is the dominant language spoken there, though English is strong. The people were lovely and very happy (and quite inebriated). We arrived there over the U.S. Labor Day weekend and everyone was in party mode. I swear on my mother's grave, at one point someone turned up a sound system and played YMCA, and everyone started dancing. Hilarious! Shoreside facilities were okay, not great, but very acceptable.
