Another great stay on our way up the Rivers for the spring/summer. This time was different but even better. We arrived after hours so we docked at the fuel dock. They gave us the option of a slip on the marina side for convenience to the courtesy car or docking at the fuel dock. We enjoyed docking at the fuel dock for an easy in and fuel first thing in the am.
The bathrooms and laundry area looked brand new. Like the marina side bathrooms and laundry, they were exceptionally clean. A super friendly young man helped us fuel up around 7-7:30 am.
As we were told, we did have to walk a ways around to get to the courtesy car but it wasn't that far and much needed stretch of our legs after anchoring out two nights. We saw rabbits, geese, birds... such a peaceful walk along a gravel road.
