We arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon. We call on channel 9 as instructed in their confirmation email. No one answered. we called their phone number listed in their email several times and just got Voicemail. We had to dock at nearby dock, go to the Rowes wharf hotel concierge, who found security, who found the person in charge of the marina. He was very helpful but admitted his dock had left at 4 pm. Put into a slip that was very difficult to get into and our 39 foot sailboat with the water and power on the opposite end of where we needed it . There was an adjacent boat anchor sticking out into the dock . There were very few amenities, pretty much just a place to park your boat,. The location is central to downtown Boston and made it worthwhile however, I would not book there again.
