This marina and boatyard are a bit outside of the main part of town but within walking distance or a quick dinghy ride. The docks are in good condition as were the showers and restrooms and laundry facility. There is only one washer and one dryer and no place to sit and wait for loads to be finished inside (There are benches outside.), which was a bit of a problem in rainy weather. The pool was nice on a hot day in June. There are grills and picnic tables along the waterfront.
The amenities are very nice, but the facility is a shipyard first and a marina second, so the outside areas are also driving/parking/work areas. There is no boaters' lounge.
