I booked a transient slip for the night. When we arrive the assigned slip had 20 knot winds accompanied by 1+ knot current both blowing directly on the slip. The was no safe way to enter the slip without endangering my crew. I have 50 years boating experience and am presently an active USCG 100 Ton Master. The marina has so far refused to refund the fee for the slip.
