Super friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were clean and courtesy cars were available. Unfortunately, problems with their sanitary system reduced the shower facilities to only the couple of showers at the pool. Otherwise i would have given five stars.

Very accommodating. Have 3 courtesy cars, which makes it convenient to get provisions or find a nearby restaurant. Most enjoyable is nightly Looper get-together, where future plans can be made, as well as new friends.

Always enjoy our stay at Aqua Yacht. The staff are always so willing to assist with whatever you may need.

We stayed for three days and once we were settled in the right slip, all was great. While we had made the reservation on Dockwa well before our planned arrival and were confirmed for 50 amp hookup, we were put in a 30 amp slip. It took 4 hours to get us moved. On the positive side, the service team is awesome. We had an issue and they were very helpful. Willy is also quite the guy! He helped us get settled into a new slip the first day and checked on us to follow up.

Great place to stay! Everyone is very friendly. Fuel dock staff is knowledgable. We used the courtesy car and were invited to attend their membership appreciation hot dog roast. Unfortunately they were having some plumbing issues so no laundry available.

Docks in good shape. Awesome that they have 3 courtesy cars, as nothing is very close by. Restroom/shower pretty far away. No working laundry. The staff here is outstanding. Randy, Billy, Jimmy, Dennis all very personable. Would recommend!!!

First and foremost , as to the review that says porta potties only is wrong. They do have working bathrooms with showers at the pool area. That being said, it was a slight inconvenience that the laundry and restaurant were closed due to a sewage issue, but they have three loaner vehicles and laundry is within 3 miles. Very easy to get a loaner and they work with you,if you tell them what is going on. Randy the Dockmaster and Billy are amazing, as were the rest of the staff we dealt with! They make you feel welcome and do all they can to accommodate your needs!!!! We would visit again!!!!

Big Marina, plan for a hike to office, bathrooms, anything. Disappointed that restaurant is closed. Dock well maintained and have typical services. They do have conveniently located pu lic areas throughout the docks. Nice furniture, grills, great social gathering areas.

The staff was quite easy to work with. I was extremely comfortable staying there while cruising the Great American Loop.

Great deep water to keep the boat covered. It's the Tennessee River as well as the Tom Bigby waterway if you are one to travel its the best. Good people there on the transit dock for visitors all the time..

Very nice facility with pool and work out room. Very nice and helpful at Marina. The best we got to use their van to go get groceries and dinner.

We love Safe Harbor Aqua Yacht. Always available with fuel and pump out, and a place to stay when we are coming through the area. They try to make it easy on you whether just grabbing lines, pumping gas, emptying your tanks or just letting you know what’s going on in the area. Easy access to their fuel dock. Laundry, showers Wi-Fi.

Reservation was easy thru dockwa. Extended one day via dockwa message. Arranged service 1 week ahead. Service arrived on time and was terrific. Parts inventory was exceptional.

We only stayed one night, but the service on the fuel dock was great. Clean laundry room and friendly people.

The staff was excellent, they worked on 5 "boat issues" and got them all done on time (AIS power was intermittent, oil pressure sending units, generator issues, install a shower box and prop change); simply an outstanding group of people and a great marina.

The people here are amazingly friendly. We have used the free marina car more than once for provisions and an outing. The service department (I believe Dennis leads that while Greg did great work) fixed a leaking oil line. If the restrooms were positioned closer to the transient/fuel pier and maybe more of them this place would be amazing place. We really enjoyed our stay. In fact have have had to extend due to a late delivery of a needed part.

Great stay! The service was great, our slip down on the main docks was excellent and very sheltered. Good services overall. All of the staff was friendly especially the Fuel Dock attendant. Thanks for the use of the courtesy van, we had a great time! Update: 11/2023 - We are on our second Loop and enjoyed another great stay at Aqua Yacht. The team here is excellent, good facilities, and the community feel is wonderful. A special thanks to Charlie & Robin Mcvey the harbor hosts here at Aqua Yacht!

Very nice marina! Friendly staff and great service. Stayed 4 nights here and had some service work done. Used their courtesy vehicle to get a rental car. A nice memorable stop on our Loop adventure. Restaurant was closed.

We stopped for two days and ended up staying three. The maintenance dept. was amazing taking care of propellor issues we had since Canada. The fuel dock with the courtesy cars and service were great. A very enjoyable stay.

We had an excellent 2-day stay at Safe Harbor Aqua Yacht. The Service Dept provided me with some much needed parts and the parts they didn't have they sourced at a local auto shop and loaned me a vehicle to go pick up. They truly went above and beyond! All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything you need at this marina!! Super service center, courtesy cars, on-site Restaurent and Southern Hospitality!

We had a very nice stay. Staff was fantastic. This is a large place, you will get your steps in here.

The harbor master ‘Randy’ is so welcoming & friendly! Fuel was lowest around ($4.64 diesel) & free pump outs!! Docks are great too!!! After the loopers were all parked (D dock), Randy came down to make sure we were all settled in ok and asked if we needed anything. ❤️ We had dinner at the onsite restaurant (grilled catfish Po boy, SO GOOD!!!)! We finished the night at the end of D dock where they have a great seating area for transients!! I highly recommend this marina!!

Every staff member I met was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to use the service department and they were able to get my issues fixed and were also great to work with. I just wish the restaurant was open during our stay.

One of the best marinas and boat repair places I've encountered. Highly recommended for local boaters and Loopers.

Aqua Yacht was wonderful as always! We appreciate the marina car which allowed us to rent a car during our stay. The restaurant has the best cauliflower pizza ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and overall terrific to work with. We love our stays at Aqua Yacht!

Very well-run marina and boatyard. Lovely pool and fun restaurant. The staff at AY is very friendly and accomodating. I spent 11 days on the transient dock waiting on a crew change. Had work done-- new windlass motor and replaced a breaker in the control panel. The transient docks takes a lot of wake on the weekend so fender up!

Service department was great! Nice marina and people were helpful. Would have been 5 star except the following: bathrooms were far away, I know it’s off season in Nov, but seemed a little understaffed on docks, and although it’s great they have courtesy vehicle it was on a first come first serve basis and you couldn’t sign up for a time slot - very frustrating. Overall would recommend, especially if you need to get your boat serviced.

The marina was nice. Wifi was a little weak at our slip. Good restaurant.

No answer on radio or phone for slip assignment or fuel. Waited almost 2 hours tied to fuel dock for attendant to return from lunch. No assistance with docking. Fuel is extremely more expensive than all other marinas since Chicago. Only bright point was courtesy car and Freddy Ts up the road.

Very understaffed - only one person at fuel dock - didn’t answer radio or phone. Tied ourselves up, did our own pump out. Dock hand started fueling- I finished up. Docks in good shape, good electric and water. Nice restaurant on the grounds. Permanent slip folk very friendly.

Wow! Beautiful marina! We were transients for one night. The restaurant has great food! Make sure to try the catfish filets if you’re into that! Also, we travel with our little dog. The restaurant allows dogs on the patio and brings out a pail of water for Fido:).

Internet service was poor. Restaurant was closed. One sink in women's restroom did not drain. We did manage to get a courtesy car for a grocery run to Pickwick Market early the morning we left, but had to get the entry gate code from other boaters. Infact, the advice, help and cameraderie with other boaters was the best thing about this overnight stop!

Excellent visit with this marina- even pulled the boat for a reasonably priced look-see at the props. LOVE the high pressure showers! When your Loopin’, that long hot shower means more than you know!

Very friendly & helpful at the fuel dock. Beautiful location heading to the Tennessee-Tom. Great dinner at the Aqua Grill. Courtesy car & laundry available (didn’t use).

They had my small boat at a dock taking a beating from high boat traffic. The dock master on his way home, saw our dilemma. He took the time unprompted to get us a better slip. Very good service. Thx

Clean and well run facility. Courtesy car for errands is very helpful. Restaurant had fun atmosphere and good food. Called the ship store for a needed supply-- they didn't carry it, but called back a few minutes later and said they could order and get it in a few hours. That was an unexpected surprise.

Nice facility. The transient dock is clean & in very good condition. We had dinner at the marina restaurant. The food was good but not great. On a Sunday, our only real contact was Bryant at the gas dock. He was helpful & pleasant.

The staff is great. The pumpout is very good. The only irritating thing about the marina management is that they accept and allow power cords throughout the marina to be permanently draped in the water. They also need to have a marine electrician go thru the electrical system along the transient dock, especially around 18-20. And check for everything, not just voltage. To many boats, including mine in july, have had issues connecting. If they want to make this a big transient dockage and protect the fuel dock, then they need to work with the state and put in a break water.

Transient dock was rocking and rolling. WiFi and cell service were bad. Good rate, good courtesy car.

Great dockhands. Loved the e-mail that contained dock layout, wifi passwords, gate codes, water depths and general marina layout.

We love staying at Aqua! Aqua is a nice marina with great facilities.
