Stay here often very convenient staff nice. We asked what time launch service started they 8:00. Member of crew had to catch a train in the morning. We called for the launch at 8:30, no response. Had to take crew to gas dock to get them on their way. Kind of sucked. Quickly contacted by PJYC, they were highly apologetic for the staffing problem that occurred that morning. I am involved in my Yacht clubs staffing and I fully understand. Back to 5 stars, thank you PJYC
