Rustic dock in noisy area. Only 30 amp electric service and not enough stations on the dock. None on T head. Its just an available dock. Rolly from the tour and fishing party boats.

It's a basic dock and power situation, but worth the price. It's in a good location, for the most part. Cute little shops and eateries next door, the aquarium is quaint, convenient to the inlet. The neighborhood to the north east is rough, but it is easily avoided.

The staff has no general knowledge of boating and how to assist a vessel upon arrival

No problem with water depth at T-head. Steve the dock master was great: more than helpful, easy to work with when our plans changed. He can't help that the marina is run-down; the city's put nothing into maintenance of pier or facilities. Gate lock is broken, restroom/bathhouse is public facility, not well-maintained. Adjacent park likewise on down trend. But it's $1.50 a foot, i.e., you get what you pay for.
