Blind Channel Resort is a unique and convenient destination for coastal mariners. We’re located three nautical miles off Johnstone Strait and just one nautical mile from Cordero Channel; an ideal location for any mariners travelling up or down the coast. Whether you are just passing through, or planning to stay for a while, we have all your needs covered.

The marina at Blind Channel offers 2000 feet of sturdy dock space. This includes seven widely-spaced, 80-foot fingers, an aircraft dock, and a fuel dock. Clear, UV-treated spring water is available from hose bibs along the docks and 15, 30 and 50 Amp power is available 24 hours a day. Our helpful and professional dock attendants are standing by on VHF channel 66a. Give us a call as you approach, and we’ll be ready to assist.

Marine fuel is available at Blind Channel. We carry marine marked diesel, mid-grade gas, and oils. We also fill propane cylinders. Our fuel is delivered by barge and is stored in tanks on shore. Fuel docks are few and far between on this part of the coast, so careful planning is essential.

Verified

Docking fees are higher than anywhere else in Broughton’s and power is an additional fee. Given that you are waked all day long, it seems excessive. The restaurant is very good and the store is well stocked. I just wish I didn’t feel like I was being squeezed. Everyone we talked to agreed but also said they would be back, just stay for one night instead of more.

Thank you for your review, and for your kind words about our restaurant and store. Just for clarity, Blind Channel is not located in the Broughtons. Comparable destinations in our area charge significantly more for moorage than we do. All of our store inventory and restaurant supplies are brought in by boat at considerable expense, and we maintain a full on‑site staff throughout the season. With a short BC boating season and no long‑term moorage revenue to rely on, our rates reflect the cost of operating and maintaining the infrastructure guests enjoy.
