Welcome to Sunset Bay Resort & Marina, a family orientated full service resort. We are located three miles off highway 79 and Paris Landing State Park only five miles away. You can plan to have a weekend getaway on the lake or a week long family vacation that you will never forget. Pets are allowed on property so bring them along for the vacation as well!
We sit on 50 acres with 21 lodging units consisting of: four one-bedroom townhouses, three two-bedroom townhouses, six two-bedroom cottages, eight two-bedroom condos, 65 campground slips. We also offer two stocked fishing ponds, laundromat, pavilion, beautiful swimming pool, basketball courts, a children's playground, full service marina, ship’s store with gifts, food, bait & tackle and boat rentals.
