Best Marina in Newport!!
What a wonderful stay in Newport! The marina is beautiful, with padded floating docks that Hardly really require fenders! The marina has a wonderful view of the harbor with the vessels and is peaceful and quiet at night.
Lauren is simply awesome!
We Stayed for the MDW, which was our 3rd or 4th stay at Brown and Howard Marina. It’s a great experience every time! The docks are nice, composite decking, marina WiFi , helpful staff. Lauren the dock master has always been available and responsive to calls /texts. Having access to the Wellington pools and gym, you can get a workout in and the kids can enjoy some time at the pool!
The very best thing, and there are several, is the dockmaster. Lauryn is the most attentive. professional running a Marina I have met in a long time. She is accessible when truly needed. Personal service is almost lost in this day and age. Lauryn handles her guests as if they were family! The easy of dockage and mid town location are icing on the cake. You are not right in the middle of tourist mayhem but a short 4 minute walk to either of the "B" docks. This is a great place to enjoy all Newport has to offer.

Top notch marina. People who work here are very nice and professional. Off season rates are probably the best of any major marina. Already booked the month of may for spring.
No showers or bathrooms
Lauren was incredible in puzzling together large yachts during the impending storm. Always a smile on her face and accommodating.

Incredibly professionally run Marina because of the dockmaster Lauren. The most complete welcome email with details anticipating all questions, verbal call to confirm arrival time, text with pictures and slip assignments AND a great attitude and smile. Great facility differentiated by the people.

We stayed here for memorial day weekend. Docks are very sturdy. It is in a gated area and out of all the marinas I've ever been to, I have never felt so safe as I did here. For power there is 200, 100 and 50 amp connections so make sure to bring an adapter if you need 30amp. Hope to visit again!

Great early season stay
I stayed a few weeks here because of the sweet sweet pre-season deal and plus I like wandering around old Newports streets at night, specialy when its foggy, Great location, everythings top notch. Also my first time using dockwa, everything went......swimmingly :P
Can't say enough good things about our stay. The marina is great and the staff is even better. Lauren and Charlie were super fast with communications and Lauren couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful when we arrived. We will definitely stay again.
