Nestled along the waterfront and just a short walk from downtown Muskegon, Terrace Point Marina offers a comfortable, secure, and amenity-rich stay for both seasonal and transient boaters.

Our marina features 35’, 40’, and 50’ slips with a floating dock system, protected by a break wall peninsula to ensure calm waters throughout your stay. Guests enjoy private gated dock access, on-site parking, and full utility hookups including 40/50 amp electric, water, cable, and Wi-Fi.

Beyond the dock, Terrace Point Marina delivers a resort-style experience with access to both indoor and outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with coin-operated laundry and a full-sized kitchen. Private bathrooms and showers are conveniently located on-site. Pump-out services are also available for added convenience.
